It's week 2, 11 days into our wellness challenge! Are you on
your way to losin' some clutter, stress, weight, or other bad

Next week, February 15-21, is Random Acts of Kindness Week. How
will you respond? Not only do you positively impact someone
else, scientific studies show that acts of kindness result in
significant health benefits, both physical and mental. Some of
those include reduced intensity and awareness of physical pain,
increased optimism and a decrease in feelings of helplessness
