It's week 2, 11 days into our wellness challenge! Are you on your way to losin' some clutter, stress, weight, or other bad habit? If not, just get started one step at a time.

Next week, February 15-21, is Random Acts of Kindness Week. How will you respond? Not only do you positively impact someone else, scientific studies show that acts of kindness result in significant health benefits, both physical and mental.
