A befitting quote this St. Patrick's Day! This week we're highlighting sleep, and some tips for "doing it better." Many of us struggle with a packed schedule and it's sorely tempting to pack way too much into our waking hours. When you continuously don't get the sleep you need, you begin to pay for it in many ways including i mpaired mood, memory, and concentration, a dampened immune system, and on top of that, you have an in creased risk of accidents.
