Exercise
and Diet: Tips and Techniques for Over 30 Bodies change over time. And as we age, our bodies slow down in many ways including the ability to make muscle as easily. This could be for many different reasons, like lack of activity or lack of motivation. But because muscle is so important to our body, it's important to know how to create more of that muscle. Hillary will be discussing diet tips and exercise as it relates to building muscle along with many other essential ideas to help our bodies remain strong especially after 30. |
