Here we are on day 3 of our 89 day challenge! That means you have plenty of time to work on your healthy lifestyle, and to rack up points toward the one-year membership at Highland Fitness Center! In May, you will be placed in that drawing once for every 100 points you earn. In the meantime, as a registered participant you are eligible for weekly prize drawings!

Registration drawings were held last week at the boys and girls basketball games! In addition, yesterday we drew for the 16-week weight loss program from Physician's Weight Loss Center! Congratulations to our winners:

Back to earning points! Active & Alive is sponsoring workshops and weekly activities throughout the challenge period. Some of those are listed below. You can earn 5 points for each of those activities you participate in, and 10 points for each workshop. Other ways to earn points include:

In addition, at the end of the challenge, you will receive additional points for reducing your weight and/or body age, and for quitting smoking!
